I didn’t read books for a long time

I didn’t read books for a long time until I realized one simple thing:
you don’t need a specific time to read a book — you just need to make it a habit.
Before, I used to plan to read 15 or 17 books a year.
Honestly? I never really achieved that goal.
Now I don’t plan numbers anymore.
I just plan to read every day — even if it’s only a few pages.
Interestingly, after 2–3 weeks, reading naturally becomes a habit.
You stop forcing yourself. You read by default.
As human beings, we often set big goals, achieve them, and then give ourselves a break.
But habits work differently — they don’t end after achievement, they stay with you.
